Reporting allegedly illegal content

Reports must allow the clearly identification of the content concerned. Please include the exact URL, domain name, IP address or affected service, a clear description of the reported content and the reasons why you consider the content to be illegal.

If a report does not contain sufficient information to identify the content or assess the situation, additional clarification may be requested. Submitting a report does not automatically result in the removal of content, restriction of access or suspension of the reported service.

Official communications from authorities

The contact point for authorities is intended for official communications submitted by competent authorities, including ANCOM, the European Commission, the European Board for Digital Services or other institutions acting within their legal powers.

Official requests should include, where applicable, the issuing authority, reference or case number, legal basis invoked, affected service, domain, URL or IP address, requested action and indicated response deadline.

Role of the service provider

The services provided include web hosting, virtual servers, dedicated servers, colocation, domain registration and related services. Content hosted through these services is, in principle, provided and managed by the customers using the contracted services.

No general preventive monitoring of customer content is performed. Reports received are assessed based on the information available, the applicable legal framework and the nature of the affected service.

Possible measures

Depending on the situation, additional clarification may be requested, the customer responsible for the affected service may be notified, remediation may be requested, access may be temporarily restricted, the service may be suspended, the service may be terminated in serious or repeated cases, or data may be preserved where an applicable legal request exists.

Accepted languages

Communications submitted through the DSA contact points may be written in Romanian or English.

Limitations

DSA channels are not intended for commercial requests, technical support requests, billing issues or ordinary administration of contracted services. For these situations, the usual departments available in the customer portal must be used.

This page does not replace the Terms and Conditions applicable to the services provided and does not limit the rights or obligations established by applicable law.

Annual DSA Report

The annual DSA report includes aggregated information regarding reports and communications processed through the dedicated DSA channels, as well as the measures applied in relation to them.
